Buying Overlaid gives you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the app on one Mac you own or control, including future updates. It's a one-time purchase, not a subscription. You may not resell, share, redistribute or reverse-engineer the app or your license key.

Each license key activates on one Mac at a time. To move it to a new Mac, open Settings → License → Unlink This Device on the old one, then activate on the new one. If the old Mac is lost or broken, email himanshuarora315@gmail.com and we'll free the activation for you.

Overlaid includes a 7-day free trial with every feature, no card needed. When it ends, starting draw mode requires a license. Nothing you've configured is lost.

Prices are in US dollars. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live. Launch pricing applies to the first 50 licenses sold, after which the regular price applies. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, and their terms apply to the transaction.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Email himanshuarora315@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full, no reason needed. Once refunded, the license key is revoked and stops working.

You're responsible for what you draw, highlight and share on screen, and for having the right to share it. Overlaid never sees that content (see the Privacy Policy).

We work hard to keep Overlaid reliable, but the app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be error-free or work with every app, display or macOS version.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything related to Overlaid is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
