How to annotate your screen in Webex on a Mac
Webex has an Annotate button in the Controls panel while you share. It gives you a pen, shapes, text and a pointer that shows your name. For zoom, spotlight and fading ink on top of any app, add a screen annotation app like Overlaid.
Webex's annotation works on whatever is visible on your screen, and only presenters can draw unless they allow others.
It's solid for meetings that stay inside Webex. It stops at Webex's edge.

// WORTH KNOWING
THREE TIPS.
Let others draw only when you need to
Webex lets you allow annotation per person from the Annotate toggle or by right-clicking a name.
Save before you leave
Webex says unsaved annotations are lost when the meeting ends, so save a document's markup first.
Share the screen for outside drawing
A separate app only reaches viewers on a whole-screen share.
